Almost a week at this and the more I do, the more I'm thinking I need to spend at least the first 30 days of this on character design and development alone. Once I get to know them, figure out their motivations and what they would and wouldn't do, it'll be that much easier to write them. Today I continued hunting for references and "looks". Did a few small sketches to start figuring out faces and hairstyles.
